To Farmers, Cattjle Owners and Others, OERIOUS disappointments having frequently arisen to persons hav-. ing small numbers of Cattle for Sale, by reason of their not proving (in consequence of being few in number) sufficiently attractive to induce buyers to attend such Sales, it is thought desirable for the interests of the public, that some fixed day or days in each month should be had for the Sale of Cattle, Farming Stock, Implements of Husbandry, &c. At such Sales buyers would find it desirable to attend, and remunerating prices would be obtained for Mock brought to the hammer. HART & SON will, thereforc, hold a Sale on the Ist and 3rd Saturday in each month, in the yard of the Greyhound Inn, Queen-st., for the disposal by Auction of Horned Cattle, Sheep, Farming Stock. Implements of Husbandry, and Real Estate. Due notice will be given of the first Sale which will take plqce this month. Horses intended for Sale, will be stabled at a reduced rate, and every care taken of them. It is scarcely necessary for the Auctioneer to point out to the buyer the important advantages -which such Sales offer, and the great convenience of being able at all times to ascertain what Horse Stock is in the market for disposal — while, at the same time, it enables the seller to obtain a fair price for his Horses. Due notice will be given of the first Sale, which will take place shortly, Persons having Horses for Sale, are requested to communicate with the Auctioneers, at their Rooms, where a Register will also be kept of Horses intended for Sale by private contract.
