We have received the letter of '• A Colonist," and thank him for the copy of the Herald, containing Judge Stephen's address to a certain well known character in (hia place. We hwe kept by us the game Number of the Herald, but we wished to give the party the chance of amendment. We did not suspect him of being the author of the article refer* red to, and we can yet scarcely think that Richard the third would be so spoony as to commit himself in that way.
