To persons of limited means these Allotments offer many advantages, being situated in a part of Auckland which must in a few years become the centre of its commerce ; while hitherto it has not been reckoned so valuable as land in other parts of tho town, the price of land in that neighbourhood will very shortly rise cent per cent in value.
