CRETNAY Begs to inform his Friends and the Public, that he has been instructed to sell by Auction at his Mart, Queen-street, on Thursday next, 25th January, 1844, — TPWO very valuable Suburban Building ■*- and Garden Allotments, situate upon the Manakau Road, close to the residence of F, Whjtaker, Esq., and having the advantages of abutting upon the Bridle Road leading %o Judge's Bay and the Estates of His Honor the" Chief Justice and the Attorney General ; they are only one minute's walk from Mechanic's Bay, but much more advantageously situated, commanding a de1 lightful view of the Harbour and the Town. I Every day some of the neighbouring Allotments are being taken up as VILLA RESIDENCES By the Gentry of Auckland ; and there can be no doubt but that in a few months inch of these and the surrounding Allotments will be so much in demand as very much to increase their value. Both Allotments have 23 feet frontage with a depth of 10*0 feet. Lot No. 1, has a frontage to two Roads.
