Sir, — If " Lapis" would exhibit a [plan and section of his proposed " Channel and Hard," it would give the Public an opportunity of judging whether it would be more applicable and less expensive than the Design already exhibited. I am &c, " Lignum." f Auckland, Jan. 3, 1844.
