SEVEN_VALUABLE PAINTINGS^ I THE UNDERSIGNED, being the 5 legally authorised Attorney, of William Byers, of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, Trustee of the Insolvent Estate of Robert Tod, late of Nelson and Port Nicholson, in the Colony of New Zealand, and now of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, Merchant, do hereby give notice to all parties . whom it doth or may concern, in the Colony of New Zealand, not to part with to any person or persons whomsoever, except to me, the undersigned, any monies, bills, bonds, securities, or other proI perty or effects of Robert Tod, the samehaving become vested in the hands of the said William Byers, by virtue of # Sequestration, dated the 29th day of .^ptember, 1843, of the above-mentioned Insolvent, before William Kerr, Esq., Chief Commissioner of the Insolvent Court of New South Wales.
