NEW ZEALAND BANKING COMPANY. NOTICE is' hereby given that the. Half Yearly General Meeting of the Proprietors will be held at their Office in Auckland, on Wednesday the 31st instant, at the hour of 12 o'clock, a. m., precisely, for the purpose of receiving the Report of the Directors for the half year ending 31st December, 1843, and declaring a Dividend. Also to elect a.Director in the ropm of Gjwiwb Coopbb, Esq., resigned. Proprietors intending to become candidates, or to propose candidates for the Office of Director, must give at least fourteen days notice in writing before the day of election, by leaving the same at the Office of the Company in Auckland.
