CRETNAY has been instructed to Sell by Auction, at his Rooms, Queen-street, on Thursday next, tho 24th August, 1843, at 12 o'clock, without tho least Reserve, A SUBURBAN FARM, Containing about 5h Acres, being part of allotment 114, situated to the South West of Mount Eden, 2\ miles from Auckland, the greater j portion of this land has been broken up for a Garden, and contains a quantity of Vegetables, and about 700 of American Peach Trees. On the land is erected a very substantial House, 22 by 14 feet, with stone chimney, and every thing complete ; in the yard is an excellent welt of water, and outhouses built of stone, — and to persons requiring a comfortable Homestead, the Auctioneer would particularly recommend it — the neighbourhood is well known to be ono of the best Runs for Cattlo and Sheep in tho Colony. The Auctioneer will morely add tho Description of this Property, and leave to a discerning Public to judge of the propriety of becoming the purchaser of such eligible property, they will know that in a very short time such property as is now described will be invaluable. — The Dimensions of the allotment are 50 feet fronting Elizabeth-street, with a depth of 146 feet, the whole of which is substantially fenced in, the ground laid out in a Garden, and is in a high state of cultivation The Dimensions of the House are 20 feet by 18 feet, with French Doors, Verandah, and Double Brick Chimney — the House lined throughout — in the yard there are Outhouses, with every other convenience.
