I The well known experience of H. R. C. ,in the Commercial Transactions of New i Zealand, as well before as since the settle- ' ment of the country by the British Govern- | ment, induces him to hope that he will receive the support of the Public in this his i new capacity. And in order to give facilities to his Friends, he has taken those Extensive Stores at the bottom of Queen-street, most commodious to the Landing Place in Commercial Bay, lately occupied by Messrs. Dalziel, Bx-own & Co., where he can at the least possible expense warehouse imported goods, or colonial produce entrusted to him for Sale. Importers, by whom he may, as heretofore, be favoured with instructions to dispose of their investments, will see the advantage of this opportunity of closing their accounts without the delay which sometimes attends upon disposal by private sale. As an Auctioneer of Landed Property, H. R. C. can ofter to his Friends the benefit of complete information respecting the value of all Land, whether obtained by deed of grant, or by purchase from the Crown, having carefully watched and registered every transaction which has passed the public Gazettes from the date of the first sale to the present day, and being cognizant of all the fluctuations which have since taken jMace. The extensive patronage which Mr. Cretnay has enjoyed from the Shipping Interests, and the successful results which have hitherto attended Ids efforts, will be his main reliance for future support. He refers his friends to subsequent advertisements for proof of immediate and active energy -with which he intends to commence this new branch of his business. T N consequence of the increased business, ■- and extended connexion of this Company, the Directors, with a view to afford every facility to Merchants; -Grocers, Storekeepers, and other purchasers, "liave taken large and commodious stores in Bank-court, King-street East, where samples of their loaves and titlers, fully equal in quality to British refined, and of their crushed lump, fine pieces, and molasses, may always be seen, and where terms of credit and all needful information will be given. The pieces are superior in quality to any moist sugar known in the colony. A few packed hogsheads and tierces of refined will be always kept in the stores for immediate shipment.
