Signor Parri Resigns (Received November 25, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 2a. Crown Prince Umberto, the Lord Lieutenant of the Realm, is holding, critical conversations today with his Ministers in Rome following the resignation of the Prime Minister, Signor Parri. Si"nor Parri decided to resign when the Christian Democrats, by a vote ot 56 to 1. refused to continue the present Coalition Government without the Liberals. who withdrew from the Government last Thursday, says Reuter s correspondent.
