(Received September 24, 7 p.m.) NEW YORK, September 2a. Mr. Henry Kaiser aud Mr. Joseph Frazer, president of the Graham .Paige Corporation, announced the formation of a 20,000,000-dollar company to produce low-priced Kaiser . cars at the former bomber plant at Willow Run.
