RELIGIOUS NOTICES. •MaaßbssmaJu CHRISTADELPHIAN LECTURE (God Willing), 1.0.0. E. HALL, ALLEN STREET (Opp Paramount, Courtenay Place), SUNDAY at 7 P.M. Subject: "THE MIRACLE OF THE JEW.” "What one nation in the earth is like thy people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to Himself” (II Sam. 7:23). The object of this lecture is to-show from the Scriptures that there is no other “nation in the earth Ijke God’s people, Israel” (the Jews),, their whole history bearing witness and justifying the title, "The Miracle of the Jew.” Consider:— (1) Their origin (Gen. 17:15-19, Gen. 18:1015, Gen. 21:1-3, Roms. 4:18-21, Hebs. 11:11-12, Isa. 43-15 and 21, Ley. 20:26, Deut. 7:6, Deut. 14:2). , (2) Their literature—the Bible—and its preservation (Roms. 3:2, Psu. 147:19-20, John 4:22, Hobs. T.’l, II Pet. 1:21). (3) Their exodus from Egypt and preservation in the wilderness (Exodus, chapters 7 to 14, Exod. 13:9, Deut. 812-4, Deut. 29:5, Nch. 9:21, Psa. 78:43-54). (4) Their law (Deut. 4:7-8, Ncbemiah 9:13, Ezc. 20:11, Psa. 147:19-20, Acts 7:53). (5) Their entrance Into and conquest of the Land of Promise (Joshua chap. 6, Exod. 23:27-31, Nch. 9:24-25, Psa. 105: 44). ’ (6) Their dispersion among the nations and the desolation of their country (Lev. 26:31-33, Deut. 28-25, 37, 63-64, Deut. 4:27,,Jer. 29:18, Eze. 12:15, Luke2l:24). (7) Their preservation among the nations as a distinct and separate people (Jer. 30:11, Jer. 46-28, Lev. 26:44, Eze. 6:8, Dent. 28 : 62).

(8) Their present national restoration to Palestine (Roms. 11:1-2, Jer. 31-28. Jer. 30:3, Jer. 31:10, Eze. 36:24, Eze. 37:2122). (9) Their coming deliverance from their present-day spoilers and persecutors (Jer. 30:4-8, Ezekiel, chap. 38, Dau. 11:45, Zech. 11:3, Eze. 39:10, Isa. 16:4, ’ Isa. 17:11, Jer. 30:10 and 16). (10) Their acceptance in the near future after 1900 years’ rejection, of Jesus Christ as their Messiah (Matt. 23:37-39, Acts 1:11 Zech. 14:4, Zech. 13:6, Zech. 14:9-14, Luke 1:31-33, Matt. 2:6, Matt. 19:28). (11) Their future greatness as “THE FIRST DOMINION” of the coming Kingdom of God oh earth (Micah. 4:6-8, Gen. 12:3, Zech. 8:23, Zeph. 3:19-20, Jer. 33:9, Eze. 36:24-38, Eze.. 11:17-20, Eze. 37:21-28, Jer. 32:37-41). “YE (THE JEWS) ARE MY WITNESSES, SAITH THE LORD, THAT I AM GOD” ■ (Isa. 43:12).

N.B.—-As this subject reveals great hope to the Jewish community, a hearty invitation is extended to this scattered aud persecuted people to hear this lecture. Because anti-semitlsm is spreading throughout the world, even In British Dominions, we would draw attention to God’s Word in Gen. 12:3 concerning Israel, “1 will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee,” also “. . . all that devour him (Israel) shall offend; evil shall come upon them, saith the Lord” (Jer; 2:3). History has proved these prophecies to be true. Questions Invited. No Colleel ion. If unable to j attend, write for a copy of our pamphlet, "The Miracle of the Jew,” free on application to P.O.
