Navy Continues Work

(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 19. The Greek island of Santorin, or Thira, lying between Crete and Naxos, has been liberated by British naval forces.

A Mediterranean naval communique reports that naval aircraft made effective attacks ou Sunday against enemy transport inland from Volos, eastern Greece. Other planes blew up an ammunition ship, and also set fire to a coastal vessel north-east of the island of Psathura. H.M.S. Argonaut destroyed a caique on Monday which was carrying 200 enemy infantry. The destroyer Termagant sank a ferry boat laden with valuable equipment.
