GERMANS MAY SET UP PARTIES

Details of how Germany is to . be governed by the Allies till organized resistance ends were today iby Generah Eisenhower’s deputy chief of staff for civil affairs. He said that the main objective of the Allied plans, which are now complete, is to stamp out the Nazi Party, and to set up fair and equitable control of the German ' people. - As the Allied troops advance into Germany military government will .be set up to ensure the safety of the occupying forces, maintain order, seize » war criminals and eliminate Nazidom. Every trace of the Nazis is to be wiped out'. The Nazi Party and all its organization will be abolished, and its funds and . property seized. At the same time steps will be taken to put right the injustices of Nazi rule. All laws involving discrimination on the grounds of race, religion, or political opinion will be abolished. Political prisoners will be released and the Germans will be allowed to set up political parties.
