The positions reached in the 12 unfinished games are being thoroughly examined ’by both captains. A cursory glance over them gives the impression that an exceptionally close finish to this match may be looked for when the complete score is available. Any positions on which the two captains cannot’ reach agreement are to be submitted to the ’Dunedin members of the New Zealand Adjudication Board for decision.
