BOY HURT IN GUNPOWDER EXPLOSION

Having been playing with home-made gunpowder when it exploded in his hands, Tony Cocurullo, a IG-year-old schoolboy, was admitted to Whangarei Hospital with the top of the index finger of his left hand blown off, powder burns on the middle finger and the thumb of the ynme hand and lacerations of the right ifciimb. His condition is satisfactory.
