Under present conditions, promotion to higher positions with considerably higher salaries on passing the required Mental Hospitals Nursing Examination is rapid. One month’s holiday on full pay is given nt. the end of every live months' service—every third day is off duty. There is ample provision for recreation, such as tennis, badminton and hockey.
