(Received August 27, 8.40 P-m-) 1 LONDON, August 26. King Peter of Yugoslavia, acting on a proposal from the Yugoslav Government, signed' an Act annulling the former decree whereby the Yugoslav High Command headquarters was formed. The Hi-u Command headquarters, of which iuishailovitch was head, now ceases to CX The decree has removed the last possibility which might cause confusion or be in the way of a united national struggle against the enemy aud quislings in Yugoslavia.
