Huddart Parker Dividend ITuddart, Parker, Ltd., have declared interim dividends of 3 per cent, on preference and 5 per cent, on ordinary shares; payable on September 21. Transfer books close September 11-21. Mt. Morgan New Issue The directors of Mount Morgan. Ltd., announce that the new issue of 7 per cent, redeemable preference shares was oversubscribed and that allotments were made on August 15. Letters of allotment will be dispatched as quickly as possible. It is also advised that after allowing for conversions from the old 8 per cent, issue. holders of ordinary shares were given preference in the allotment of the balance of shares available. By this method members holding 8 per cent, preference shares only did not receive an allotment of any additional shares.
