The Wellington City Council hereby makes by special order the following bylaw under and by virtue of and in exercise and in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Meat Act, 1930, and of all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf. The Short Title of this By-law is "The Wellington City Consolidated By-law Amendment No. 35 (Abattoir), 1944. The object or purport of the By-law' is as follows: — , , . ~ (1) To fix the times of slaughter at the Abattoir. ‘ , .. , (2) To provide for payments relating to animals slaughtered with the approval of the Manager, and in respect of waiting (3) repeal Clause 12 of "The Wellington City Consolidated By-law Amend ment No. 21 (Abattoir), 1910.” AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on WEDNESDAY.
