GREEK DECORATIONS
New Zealanders Honoured LONDON, June 20. The Greek Order of Grand Commander of the Order of the Phoenix has been conferred on Lieutenant-General Str Bernard Freyberg. Other members of the New Zealand Forces who have been awarded Greek decorations are: Silver Cross of the Order of King George the Firs Major G. B. Palmer. Silver Cross of ilie Order of the Phoenix, Captain J. It. S. Sealy, Lieutenant (temporary Captain) L. J. Stroude and Captain (temporary Major) G. H. Stace. Medal for Outstanding Services. —Temporary Warrant Officer D. K. Collison, Staff Sergeant F. O’C. Salnty, Sergeants L. .T. Knox, 11. K. Amner, L. G. Mendelssohn, S. W. Fleming, and D. F. McMaster. The London Gazette announced that King George of Greece decorated General Alexander with the Grand Cross and General 'Montgomery with the Order of_the Grand Commander of the Order of King George I.
