Reported Acceptance Of Nazi Demand GERMAN LEADERSHIP (Received June 2, 7 p.m.) LONDON, June 1. Berlin radio stated that a new Cabinet has been formed in Bulgaria with. Ivan Bacrianov the Prime Minister. Reuter states that Bacrianov is one of the most pro-Axis of Bulgaria s politicians. He visited Hitler and Mussolini in 1941, and resigned the Ministry of Agriculture soon afterward when the Cabinet rejected his proposals for reforming the national economy on Fascist lines. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Berne correspondent says the Regency Committee has accepted Hitler’s ultimatum that Germans should take over the leadership of the Bulgarian Army. The capitulation is stated to have been made to avoid occupation of the'country as in-Hun-Sll According to a Stockholm report the Germans have suppressed a mutiny in the Bulgarian Black Sea port of Varna. Two pro-Russian Bulgarian, generals are reported to have been imprisoned after a Nazi purge of the Bulgarian Army. Reuter says the generals are Smitolov and Lukas. Moscow radio has again attacked the attitude of Bulgaria’s leaders. A commentator warned the Bulgarians that they were playing with fire, adding: “Hitler has occupied Hungary and the same fate awaits Bulgaria.”
