J. Severn, yesterday. “The committee feels certain that once the machinery for the operating of the subsidy is put into operation there will be a greater flow of eggs through the approved marketing channel iu Wellington, which in turn will mean more eggs for the consuming public of Wellington. In this connexion and in order to facilitate an increased flow of eggs from producers, the committee is now formulating a plan for the collection of eggs from producers’ farms adjacent to Wellington, which takes in a total of approximately 30,000 fowls, and this plan will be made known to producers next week.”
