Arrangements have been completed for a series of bilateral aviation talks with a Russian delegation which is expected, in Washington this week, reports the New York “Herald Tribune.” The Canadian Press says that, the Soviet Ambassador to Canada. M. George Zarubin, has announced that Russia and Canada will soon discuss post-war 'airroutes. Tie added that good relations between Russia and Canada would be Strengthened by the development of au air-route over the top of the world.
