Two N.Z. Press Delegates (Official War Correspondent, N.Z.E.F.) HEADQUARTERS, February 22. Two members of the New Zealand Press delegation to Britain, Messrs. W. A. Whitlock and P. H. N. Freeth, have extended their tour to include a short visit, to the New Zealand troops in Italy. Upon arrival by.plane from -Algiers, they stayed at the New Zealand Club at Bari and visited an advance base. They spent a fe.w days with the Division in the field as the guests of General Freyberg's mess, and several times went to the forward areas, where they saw much shelling and bombing round Cassino. Both editors saw service in the last war, and were keenly interested in the methods and weapons employed iq this. Among many people they met were the senior officers at Fifth Army headquarters. They are returning to England by /plane.
