Colonel and Mrs. R. Beere, who have been staying at Opontama, Hawke's Bay, have returned to Wellington.
Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Aitchison and their daughter Beverly, Patcaroa, are visiting Wellington, and are staying with Mr. Aitehison’s mother,’Mrs. A. Aitchison, Klinndallali. Mrs. N. M. MacKinnon, Havelock North, is spending a fortnight’s holiday ing Wellington. Miss Marjorie Curlett. Hastings, is spending race week in Wellington, and is a guest at the Midland Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. G. Griggs. Palmerston North, recently returned home after a holiday. spent at their cottage at ParaMrs. H. M. Elmslie has left M elluigtou on a visit to her sister, Mrs. Scobie Mackenzie, Kyeburn Station, Central Otago. Miss G. D. Miles has arrived at Wellington from Dunedin to take up an appointment as vocational guidance officer f °Mrs?G. W. Arlidge. Palmerston North, and her daughter-in-law. Mrs. A. W. Arlidge. are spending a few days in WelUn Di° n E. H. McKinnon has left Dunedin for a holiday in Christchurch and Wellington.
