COLOMBIA SIGNS UNITED

NATIONS’ DECLARATION LONDON, January 17. A message from Washington says that the President of Colombia (South America) signed the United Nations’ declaration at the White House today. Colombia is the 34th nation to sign the declaration. Each signatory is pledged to employ its full military and economic resources against the Axis and not to make a separate armistice or peace.
