BURGESS—In loving memory of Sgt. James Michael Burgess, dearly loved third son of Mr. and -Mrs. W. Burgess, Marton, and loved brother of Ray, Chris (overseas), Cliff and Dorothea, killed on air operations. November 6, 1942. Buried at Escoublac-coy, France; aged 31 years. It was not fame or glory. That called him from our side; ’Twas just that age-old story, For those he loved, he died.
