CHUNGKING, September 27. Strained relations between the Chinese Communists and Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek’s Nationalist Partv flared up openly today, says the Associated Press. A resolution by the People’s Political Council accused the Communists of a disobedient attitude and subversive activities. The Council’s resolution expressed great regret and displeasure nt the Communists’ hostile attitude and urged their abandonment of the Communist movement and the incorporation of the Red Army into the national army. EXECUTED FOR TREASON CHUNGKING, September 27. Admiral Sah Foo Chou, Vice-Minister of the Navy of the Japanese-sponsored Nanking Government, was executed in Chungking for treason. Guerrillas captured Admiral Sah last March when a mine sank his gunboat in Pearl River, near Canton. DAMAGING RAIDS IN BURMA (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 27. An India communique says that R.A.F. Beaufighters. continuing their attacks on Japanese communications in Burma, concentrated on railway targets, while Hurricanes attacked river craft yesterday. Two locomotives and upward of 3a covered wagons were heavily damaged. Other targets, including a station building, were set on fire. Transport was effectively attacked and sampans damaged on the Mayu River, south of Kwazon.
