Tho Tokio radio says Lieutenant Colonel Hugh Strong, of the United States Army, described as the ringleader of the enemy guerrilla corps in the southern sector of. Luzon. lias been captured. The radio added that Strong was responsible for Ihe killing of proJapanese Chinese merchants in Mauilti.
