Discussion On Estimates Fourteen classes of estimates for which urgency had been taken at the beginning of the sitting were approved by the House of Representatives yesterday. They amounted to £1,523,376, bringing the total of estimates passed to date up to £31,209,375. Further Ministerial replies to questions will be circulated and discussed in the House this afternoon, and the second reading debate on the Servicemen’s Settlement and Land Sales Bill will begin tonight. The House rose at 11.40 p.m. till 2.30 p.m. today.
