COAL AND THE WAR
LONDON, August 8. Mr. Arthur Horner, president of the South Wales Miners’ Federation, said that recent Government revelations to the national executive indicate that more coal is needed, “in view of new military moves which are to occur shortly.” Air. Horner added that the next few months will be crucial.
