Dominion Tour Recalled
A* wedding of interest to New Zealanders took place recently in Rugland in the private ehapel of Arundel Castle, when Ladv Winifride Fitzalan-Howard, sister of England’s premier duke, the Duke ot Norfolk, was married to Major John Edward Broke Freeman. , During November, 11)37, the bride visited New Zealand with her the Dowager Duchess of Norfolk. Arrnng at-Auckland by the Aorangi, they were met by the Lady Evelyn Drummond, wife of Rear-Admiral the Hon. E. moud. then commodore commanding tue New Zealand Division 'They were the guests of the Lady Lvely at her home in Epsom, before going to Wellington to stay with their Excellencies the Governor-General, Viscount Gn»way, aud Lady Galway at Government House. Their, next visit was to Marlborough, where the Dowager Duchess had a cousin, the late Mr. 11. D. Vavasour, Ugbrooke. They completed a tour■ of New Zealand before returning to England.
