Escape Charge Against Soldier Dominion Special Service. NAPIEK. August ’J. Itaymond Stanly Hill, soldier, charged with escaping from kiwlul custody three rears ago. appeared before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court, Napier, this afternoon for sentence. on the charge. After hearing the soldier s counsel Mr E. J. W. Hallett, his Honour Placed Hill on a deferred sentence conditionally on his returning to the Army at the conclusion of bis furlough. “This means that you will be able to enjoy your furlough am] I hope you will, his Honour added.
