Officers have been elected. under the new constitution of the Wellington Returned Services Association, which provides for a general council of delegates rom all the branches of the association, and an executive of seven has ocen elected from among these delegates, ine following is the general council for IJ4B--:—President, Mr. C. A. G. Troughton and.B. Quinn (Brooklyn), M. W. W. Cummins, H. T. Fraser and S. Porter (Central), H. R. Biss and G. Edhouse (Hataitai), E. RToop and S. J. Anton (Island Bay), A. O.
