LONDON, June 17.
Moscow radio says that Marshal Stalin sent a message to the congress of Polish patriots in Moscow, stating: “You can rest assured that (Russia wiR do everything possible to (hasten the defeat of our common enemy, Hitlerite Germany, to strengthen friendship between Russia and Poland, and to assist in every, way the restoration of a strong and independent Poland.” ,
