WARTIME AIR SERVICE
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 17. The Canadian authorities in London have announced that arrangements have been completed for the immediate setting up by the Canadian Government of a wartime transatlantic air service to carry mail to and from the Canadian armed forces in Britain, and also to carry members of the forces and of Government departments and technicians engaged in producing war materials. The service is not commercial or permanent. It will not carry fare-paying passengers.
