March 7, 1943, at Wellington. Otto (Dick), beloved busband of Isabel Lepper (late of Pahautanul). R.I.P.
LORD.—On March 7, 1943, at his residence, 48 Belvedere Road, Hataitai, Ira Spencer, dearly beloved husband of Margaret Lord; aged 82 years. Private cremation. No flowers, by request.
PAYNE—On March 8, 1943, at the Vicarage, Levin, the Rev. Canon Arthur William Payne; aged 81 years. The Funeral will leave St. Mary’s Church, Cambridge St., Levin, after the Service commencing at 2.20 p.m., Tomorrow (Wednesday), March 10, 1943, for the Levin Cemetery. Howard Harvey and Sons, Funeral Directors, Levin.
