RENDEZVOUS AT SEA
Nazi & Japanese Admirals Said To Have Met LONDON, January LI. Stockholm quotes a report from Berlin that the German U-boat chief, Admiral Doenitz travelled in a submarine around the Cape of Good Hope in order to keep a rendezvous with Admiral Nagano, chief of the Japanese naval staff, at sea off Madagascar. During the trip the submarine sank an 8000-ton American merchantman off Cape Town.
