Yule, D.F.C., Invercargill, shot down n FockeAVulf 190 when flying in a Spitfire wing sweep over Cherbourg. It was one of three Focke-Wulf’s sighted at 2t>,oooft. Yule’s squadron was ordered to attack. He got one and another was damaged.
