American Insurance Losses (Received April 20, 11.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 19. It is reported that attacks on American shipping have caused (he insurance companies losses amounting to 17,000,000 dollars since January 1. During the past 22 years, the American companies have built up marine insurance profits estimated at 20,000,000 dollars, which have been wiped out in 22 days this year.
