Deadly Operations CHUNGKING, April 19. Tlie Central News Agency reports that stealthily-operating Chinese guerrillas are creating panic among tlie Japanese in occupied China. For example, on April 1, guerrillas entered Anking, capital of Anhwei Province, at night, killed six guards at Japanese headquarters, and then, with grenades and incendiary bombs, set fire to headquarters, creating pandemonium. Tlie raiders escaped' unscathed.
