Annual Meeting Held Over The international situation, particularly in the Pacific, having shown no material improvement in the opinion ot the executive of the New Zealand Boil - ing Association, the executive has decided that the annual mee ing °t the council, which is usually held 111 J " L ; he held over in the meantime, and that no election of councillors take place m a note appended to the notice of the decision, which has been sent to centres, it is stated that the executives resolutions are not intended to postpone indefinitely either the calling of a general meeting or the election of counciUois, but are intended to convey to centres that the usual meeting and the -election of councillors will not take place, and that the machinery meetings of centres for the latter purpose need not be held. It is the intention of the executive to prepare and issue an annual report as usual, and, in consultation with the other members ot the council, to hold a full meeting of the council as soon as circumstances warrant.
