RAVEN.—On April 17, 1942, at a private hospital, Wellington, Annie Raven, of 7u Roxburgh Street, widow of the late George Raven, and late of Neu Street, Oamaru, in her 78th year. R.LP. BOWSE—On April 17, 1942, at the residence o-f his niece, Mrs. A. Vile, 17 Kowhai, Avenue, Palmerston North, Christopher Bowse, formerly of Make Mako, Pahiatua; aged 93 years. SMITH.—On April 17, 1942, at Wellington, Frederick Thomas, beloved husband of Florence J. Smith; age 62.
