Facilities For Soldiers (By Telegraph—l’ress Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, April 15. Approval has been given by the Education Department for members of Territorial ami other defence forces to be enrollc'd at technical schools or classes wherever such classes meet their requirements, and it has been decided that any soldiers thus admitted are to be regarded as paying pupils with fees remitted, whether or not they are entitled iu Hie odlimiry way to hold free places.
