MORE E.P.S. TESTS
Communications Trial And Full Rehearsal On the assumption that the telephone service is out. of action, a special trial of communications is to be held for (he Wellington E.P.S. on Thursday next. There will also be a skeleton manning of wardens’ and first-aid posts. Tlie coiiimunicatioiis test will be followed approximately a week later by another complete rehearsal of the Wellington E.P.S. organization. There will also be a further blackout test, in the near future, it. was announced yesterday by the mayor, -Mr. Hislop, as chairman of the E.l’.S. executive.
