An enthusiastic group of Esperantists attended the first lesson of tlie advanced course at the meeting of the Karori Esperanto Society on Thursday The chief x. instructor, Mr. E. G. Berufeld, said that nianv teachers would be needed in the future, and the Che direct method had proved to be the most, progressive, means of teaching yet discovered.
