Dominion Special Service. TAURANGA, November 24. Mr Thomas James Cummins, aged 43 married, fanner, was drowned off the coast at Apata, about 13 miles from Tauranga, yesterday. With a companion, Mr. Cummins set out in it llat-bottomcd dinghy to board a launch lying some distance out from the shore. The boat sprang a leak and tilled with waler.
