Hutt Valley Kennel Club’s Meeting The Hutt Valley Kennel Club held its championship gun dog trials at Taira on Saturday, the results being as follows.-— Puppy land trial: Mr. T. Beethams labrador, Cleopatra 11, 98 points, 1; W. C. Gregory’s Irish setter, Gaulle of Galway, 96, 2. Limit land trial: G. Mcßain s golden retriever, Dilea’s Royal, 89 points, 1; A. Brown’s setter, Sport, 85, 2; Cleopatra 11. 78, 3. . TT „ Limit water trial: Cleopatra 11, Jo points, 1; B. Salisbury’s Irish setter, Webstone Queen Sala, 91, 2; Miss M. I. Macpherson’s labrador, Tararua Instantly, 90, and K. J. Collin’s Irish setter, Red Core Terror, 90, equal, 3. Pointers and setters championship: R. W. Plunket’s Irish setter, Cum Laden Sam, 81 points, 1; G. Wackrow’s English setter, Sally Horner, 79, 2; P. Salisbury’s Irish setter, Redstone Queen Sala, 73, 3. Spaniel championship (land): R. W. Plunket’s springer, Carnarvon Rex, 81 points, 1; F. A. Elliott’s springer, Brackenfield Quest, 78, 2. Retriever championship (water) : M. A. Rawlins’s labrador, Cleopatra May, field trial champion, 81 points, 1: O. Hurney’s labrador, Tararua Sam, 78, 2.
