SINKING OF U-BOAT
In Waters Where Ark Royal
Was Sunk
LONDON, November 20.
’ The Admiralty announces that a corvette has sunk a U-boat in the waters where the aircraft-carrier Ark Royal was torpedoed. The U-boat was sunk two days after the attack on the Ark Royal, and it is thought practically certain that the submarine was concerned in the sinking of the Ark Royal.
